You can buy bundles of call minutes (e.g. 5, 10, or 300 minutes). Minutes are added to your account and deducted only during active calls.
Use them for one long call or multiple short calls. Minutes are linked to your account and remain available as long as your account is active and the service is available, until the expiration date.
All the minutes on the user balance expire on the 6th of January.

Yes. Safety and privacy are core to our design. A parent must create the account and supervise all use.
We collect your email to create your account and, optionally, your child's first name, age, and interests to personalize the experience. This child profile data is only stored locally (on your computer) and can be deleted at any time.
No. We do not store audio or video. Audio is processed in real time to generate Santa's responses. For safety monitoring, our AI provider (OpenAI) may temporarily retain encrypted transcripts for up to 30 days, after which they are deleted.
Solely to personalize the call. It is never sold or used for advertising. You can view or delete this information at any time in your own browser.
